PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California residents also have the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal information. The Site does not sell your information, as defined by California law.
An authorized agent can also submit a California rights request on your behalf, after submission of proof of authorization in accordance with California law.
We display personal testimonials of customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent, we may post your testimonial along with your first name.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to address outstanding account balances, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
The Site is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information, both during transmission and once we receive it. Protecting children’s privacy is important to us. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We don’t knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Premium services may not be used by anyone under the age of 18.
