The third eye chakra is often depicted by a lotus with two petals. The mantra that is linked to this chakra is “Om”, which means “I see.”
One crucial aspect of the third eye chakra is that it enhances your perception but in a non-judgmental manner. It makes you capable of seeing everything just the way it is. There are no feelings or thoughts attached to it. This initiates a sense of calm and peace as you’ve never experienced before.
