Yogis and spiritual masters who have managed to activate this chakra say that it helps you experience eternal bliss and peace. The mantra that is linked to these chakras is “I understand”.

Third Eye Chakra: Insight

The third eye chakra is the sixth chakra in the human body’s chakra system. It is called Ajna in Sanskrit and is associated with the act of “seeing” This chakra governs your pituitary gland, eyes, head, and lower part of the brain. It enhances your perception but in a non-judgmental manner. It makes you capable of seeing everything just the way it is. It initiates a sense of calm and peace as you’ve never experienced before. The mantra that is linked to this chakra is “Om”, which means “I see”.
